How we clean gutters:
1. Assess the condition and length of gutters to be cleaned. Provide a free cost estimate. Our charge is typically far below industry averages (http://home.costhelper.com/gutter-cleaning.html)
2. Assemble our team and materials at the job site. Materials include 5 gallon buckets, heavy duty bags, ladders, and hose.
3. We hand scoop each inch of the gutter and place the contents in buckets that we remove for disposal. We do not power-wash the gutter (which tends to over-spray gutter gunk on the house siding and windows). Using a hose, we gently rinse each gutter to check for proper slope, drainage, and leaks.
4. If needed, we repair gutters at a minimal charge, if pre-approved by the home owner. We install FREE downspout guards on every drain. If the homeowner would like, we can install gutter guard screening at cost plus a modest 20% for labor.
5. We leave the job site cleaner than when we found it, and with a satisfied customer.
